Eating With The Chefs combines top-notch design (a Phaidon quality) and literally mouth-watering photography (Per-Anders Jörgensen is a food photography magician) with a relevant subject (chefs are the new rock stars) and content (seriously interesting recipes). The book does not particularly pop off the shelf, which is a pity, but at the same time makes it a bit of a hidden treasure – which is nice.
